This offer (the Vernon Communications 100 Mbps Introductory Trial), which is made to you by Vernon Communications, entitles you to access 100 Mbps speed at the 50 Mbps price of $54.95 per month for a period of thirty (30) days from the moment you activate the introductory offer by calling Vernon Communications to request the offer or by submitting a request through the Vernon Communications website. This offer is only available to residents where Vernon Communications service is available and runs from September 13, 2023 through September 30, 2023. By requesting the offer, you accept the 100 Mbps introductory offer trial and (1) acknowledge and agree to Vernon Communications Terms and Conditions of use and this 100 Mbps Introductory Offer (2) acknowledge and agree to be billed the standard amount of $84.95 per month for the 100 Mbps speed after the introductory offer period of thirty (30) days is over. If you decide you do not want the 100 Mbps speed upon the lapse of the thirty (30) day trial period, you are required to terminate or downgrade the service by calling Vernon Communications or submitting a request via Vernon Communications website.
