Co-op Month Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Vernoncom is offering eligible members who enter (collectively referred to herein as “entrant”) a chance to participate in the Co-op Month Giveaway. By entering the giveaway, customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions (the Agreement).

1. Offer Period – The giveaway period is only available to eligible entrants between 7:00 am October 1, 2024 and 8:00 am CST on October 31, 2024 (the “Offer Period”)
2. Eligibility – To be eligible for the giveaway, entrants must be a current VernonCom member and have an active VernonCom account number and must be 18 years of age to enter.
3. How to enter – There is one way to enter the giveaway. Entrant must complete the form on the VernonCom website at vernoncom.coopmonth giveaway and agree to the official rules of this giveaway. Only one entry is allowed per VernonCom member. Submissions must be entered by October, 31, 2024.
4. Prizes – 5-$100.00 bill credits will be given away and announced on November 1, 2024 and other prizes will be given away every Friday in October of 2024. These winners will be announced on social media and contacted by email or contact number.
5. Drawing – 5 winners will be randomly selected from the list of all entries at 8:15 am CST on November 1, 2024 and notified by email address or contact number they provide with their entry. The 5 $100.00 bill credit winners will see a credit on their VernonCom statement in December. If VernonCom is unable to successfully reach other winners by November 15, 2024, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will selected and contacted via phone.
6. Release of Liability – Entrants release and forever hold harmless VernonCom, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties’) from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from or arising out of any of the following:
   • Their participation in the Giveaway or their acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
   • Any technical problems associated with eh Giveaway, including any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation, or communications failures
   • The use of any prize related services or facilities.
   • Any injuries, losses, or damages (including, but not limited to, personal injury, death property damage, or loss of use) to entrant or any other person which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or due to any prize.
7. Indemnification: Entrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to their participation in the Giveaway or their violation of these official rules.
