Below is the tentative schedule for the Calix ONT cutover process through September 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To avoid any service interruptions, we ask that you schedule your Calix ONT cutover, during your designated window.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please review the color coded map to identify your service area and corresponding cutover dates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cutover Schedule by Area<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pink &#8211; Readstown:\u00a0<\/strong>February 26 &#8211; March 12, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teal &#8211; Readstown: <\/strong>March 13 &#8211; March 27, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brown &#8211; Liberty Pole:<\/strong> March 30 &#8211; April 10, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grey &#8211; Westby &amp; Viroqua:<\/strong> April 13 &#8211; April 30, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Red &#8211; Westby:<\/strong> May 4 &#8211; May 15, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yellow &#8211; Westby:<\/strong> May 18 &#8211; June 5, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blue &#8211; Westby:<\/strong> June 8 &#8211; June 19, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Green &#8211; Westby:<\/strong> June 29 &#8211; July 10, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orange &#8211; Westby:<\/strong> July 6 &#8211; July 24, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Purple &#8211; Westby:<\/strong> August 3 &#8211; August 28,2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How We Will Contact You to Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure a smooth transition, we will reach out using the following timeline:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5 weeks prior:<\/strong> Letter mailed to your home<\/li>\n<li><strong>3-4 weeks prior:<\/strong> Email &amp; text message reminders<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 weeks prior:<\/strong> Door hanger notification<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 week prior:<\/strong> Phone call reminder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Do not delay. Schedule promptly to ensure uninterrupted service. Dates, times and locations are subject to change.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Red Dot On The Map<\/strong> = Your location will be scheduled for a cutover.
