VernonCom is upgrading our network to better serve you. Below is the tentative schedule for the Calix ONT cutover process through September 2026.
To avoid any service interruptions, we ask that you schedule your Calix ONT cutover, during your designated window.
Please review the color coded map to identify your service area and corresponding cutover dates.

- Pink - Readstown: February 26 - March 12, 2026
- Teal - Readstown: March 13 - March 27, 2026
- Brown - Liberty Pole: March 30 - April 10, 2026
- Grey - Westby & Viroqua: April 13 – April 30, 2026
- Red - Westby: May 4 – May 15, 2026
- Yellow - Westby: May 18 – June 12, 2026
- Blue - Westby: June 15 – June 26, 2026
- Green - Westby: June 29 – July 10, 2026
- Orange - Westby: July 13 – July 31, 2026
- Purple - Westby: August 3 – September 4, 2026
How We Will Contact You to Schedule
To ensure a smooth transition, we will reach out using the following timeline:
- 5 weeks prior: Letter mailed to your home
- 3–4 weeks prior: Email & text message reminders
- 2 weeks prior: Door hanger notification
- 1 week prior: Phone call reminder
