Calix ONT Cutover Timeline!
VernonCom is upgrading our network to better serve you. Below is the tentative schedule for the Calix ONT cutover process through December 2026.
To avoid any service interruptions, we ask that you schedule your Calix ONT cutover, during your designated window.
Please review the color coded map to identify your service area and corresponding cutover dates.
Cutover Schedule by Area
- Green - Westby: June 29 – July 10, 2026
- Orange - Westby: July 6 – July 24, 2026
- Purple - Westby: August 3 – August 28,2026
- Red - Viroqua: August 31 – September 18
- Yellow - Viroqua: September 21 – October 9
- Teal - Viroqua: October 12 – October 30
- Brown - Viroqua: November – November 13
- Grey - Viroqua: November 16 – December 11
How We Will Contact You to Schedule
To ensure a smooth transition, we will reach out using the following timeline:
- 5 weeks prior: Letter mailed to your home
- 3–4 weeks prior: Email & text message reminders
- 2 weeks prior: Door hanger notification
- 1 week prior: Phone call reminder
Do not delay. Schedule promptly to ensure uninterrupted service. Dates, times and locations are subject to change.
Red Dot On The Map = Your location will be scheduled for a cutover. Check map below for timing.
Blue Dot On The Map = Congratulations! Your location has been converted to the new ONT.
