Wi-Fi speeds, actual performance, and average speeds may vary based on equipment, device capabilities, network conditions, and environmental factors. All equipment provided by VernonCom for service delivery, unless purchased outright by the customer, remains the property of VernonCom and must remain at the original installation location. A fee will be assessed for any equipment that is not returned upon service termination or is moved from its installed location without authorization. Replacement charges may vary depending on the equipment type.
The 50/50 Internet service plan is no longer available for new subscriptions. Customers who upgrade from the 50/50 plan to a higher-speed package will not be able to revert to the 50/50 plan.
