Meet the GigaSpire BLAST u6.1
The centerpiece of this upgrade is the Calix GigaSpire BLAST u6.1, a next-generation Wi-Fi system built on Wi-Fi 6 technology (802.11ax). In today’s world of streaming, gaming, video conferencing, smart TVs, security cameras, and dozens of connected devices, your Wi-Fi has to do more than just “work”. It has to perform consistently everywhere in your home.
The GigaSpire BLAST u6.1 delivers gigabit Wi-Fi speeds with whole-home coverage. Along with better performance comes better control. The VernonCom MAX app allows you to manage your home Wi-Fi directly from your smartphone or tablet. Through the app, you can see what devices are connected to your network, set parental controls, create a guest network, or change your Wi-Fi name and password.
