Co-op Month Giveaway
VernonCom is offering eligible members (collectively referred to as “entrant”) the chance to participate in the Co-op Month Giveaway. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”):
- Offer Period – The giveaway runs from 7:00 a.m. CST on October 1, 2025, through 8:00 a.m. CST on October 31, 2025 (“Offer Period”).
- Eligibility – No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- How to Enter – To participate, entrants must complete the entry form available at www.vernoncom.coop/co-opmonthgiveaway and agree to the official rules. Only one entry per VernonCom member is allowed.
- Prizes – Ten (10) bill credits of $50.00 each will be awarded at the end of October, 2025.
- Drawing – Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at 8:15 a.m. CST on November 3, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry. Bill credits will appear on the winners’ December VernonCom statements. If a winner cannot be successfully contacted by November 15, 2025, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected and contacted by phone.
- Release of Liability – By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless VernonCom, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from:
a. Participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
b. Technical issues related to the Giveaway, including errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays.
