Business Spotlight Giveaway

VernonCom (“sponsor”) is offering eligible members who enter (collectively referred to herein as an “entrant”) a chance to participate in the Business Spotlight Giveaway (the “giveaway”). By entering the giveaway, customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”):

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Offer Period. The giveaway period is only available to eligible entrants between 7:00 am CST on December 1, 2024, and 8:00 am CST on December 16, 2024 (the “Offer Period”).  
2. Eligibility. To be eligible for the giveaway, entrants must be a current VernonCom member and have an active VernonCom account number. 
3. How to Enter. There is one way to enter the giveaway. Entrant must complete the form on VernonCom website at www.vernoncom.coop/spotlight and agree to the official rules of this giveaway. Only one entry is allowed per VernonCom member.
4. Prizing.  1 (one) gift certificate to Nordic Lanes valued at $35.
5. Drawing. 1 (one) winner will be randomly selected from the list of all entries at 8:15 am CST on October 18th, 2024. The winner will be notified by the email address or telephone number they provide with their entry. If VernonCom is unable to successfully reach the winner with 48 hours of the drawing, that winner will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected and contacted via phone. 
6. Release of Liability. Entrants release and forever hold harmless VernonCom, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from or arising out of any of the following:
   • Their participation in the Giveaway or their acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
   • Any technical problems associated with the Giveaway, including any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation, or communications failures.
   • The use of any prize-related services or facilities.
   • Any injuries, losses, or damages (including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of use) to entrant or any other person which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or due to any prize
7. Indemnification: Entrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to their participation in the Giveaway or their violation of these Official Rules.
